Be Strong and Courageous - Cast Off Fear
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go."”Joshua 1:9 Some people seem to play life so safe against risk that they have little or no strength left to pursue their dreams and accomplish their goals. Life is risky business. I know risk intimately. However, I have heard of people walking down the street and breaking their ankle, or driving to work and experiencing a head-on collision, but I still walk down the street and drive to work...and I still ride dirt bikes and fly airplanes. I’ve said the day I quit doing what I love because of fear, is the day I get run over walking to the mailbox. The famous motivational speaker Jim Rohn once said, “Life is risky. Let me tell you how risky it is...you won’t make it out alive.”A ship left in the harbor will eventually corrode and rot because of the corrosive elements of the sea. So staying put is as risky as launching out into the deep. On every voyage there’s a risk of meeting a storm or two, but a ship equipped with the sails of faith will be able to make it through.Cast off your fear and make preparations. When the storms of life come, God will show you what of your emotional junk should be thrown overboard to save your life.Trust in Him, and go. Be Nice. Grace Wins.

Trust God Without Having All the Answers
“Sometimes we just have to trust God enough to go even when we don’t have all the answers.” -Tim TebowSo as a UGA fan, naturally I didn’t care for him when he played for Florida, but I certainly admire his commitment to the Gospel and believe he’s a faithful servant. To that point, he’s right in...
