Don't Keep the Cure Secret: Sharing Hope with Others
So far this week we’ve talked about what God did for us by sending his one and only son to die for our sins. We’ve talked about loving God passionately and loving others selflessly. But how do we really share the Gospel? By staying on a mission! Now you and I know about God’s grace and the salvation from our sins and now it’s time to share that to the world. We have to, how could we not? It’s like having the cure for cancer and never sharing it. That’s what it would be like for you and I to find hope and salvation and never help others find it.So, how do we help others know this hope? Focus on living like Jesus in your everyday life. You won’t be perfect (I’m no where close), but as other people see the difference Jesus is making in you, then they’ll want to know what’s different about you. And when people are going through a difficult time in their lives, don’t just say, “I hope it gets better”; actually share with them how you found purpose and hope in Jesus. I challenge you to share what Jesus has done in your life, it’s not a secret that should be kept! “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost."”Luke 19:10 Be Nice. Grace wins.
