I was thinking today about what it means to be human...an imperfect, sure to fail and guaranteed to sin, human. I’m not sure I have an answer other than as a Christian, I’m am sure I am forgiven for being so “human”. But there’s more than that, I also believe in our worst of times, when we are facing the most amount of trials and persecution, it’s then God shows us his true grace. Christianity enables us to smile through the tears during times of suffering. So awesome! “For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.”2 Corinthians 12:10 You see the more we go down the road of trial, the more God imparts his strength in us. We can bear all through his grace. “"Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.”Matthew 5:10 I will continues to pray each night that God leads me to be a more righteous man. I know I will be persecuted by some for it and I know I will fall. But back in high school, when I accepted Christ into my life a good friend from Young Life said to me something I’ve never forgotten. He said, “The Will of God will never take you where the grace of God Won’t protect you.”I think that’s pretty rad, I hope you do too!Peace,
