Love God Passionately, Love People Selflessly
Following Jesus truly comes down to two things: Love God passionately, and love people selflessly! 🎤👋Our world we live in is starved for love! Not the fake, strings attached kind of love, but the real kind of love that only comes from God. That’s the kind we get from a relationship with God that we talked about yesterday. The Bible says in John 3:16 that God SO LOVED the world that He gave his only son… God Himself is love and everything He does flows from that. There’s nothing more powerful than the love of God. The Bible notes that it’s the kindness of God that leads us to the place of repentance. That's why Jesus gave the command over and over again to LOVE each other as He has loved you. Only this kind of love can truly heal a broken world. Those of us that already know Jesus and have experienced His love now get the privilege of extending that love to others. And when they feel that kindness and love from us, then it ultimately causes them to reach out to the source of that love.“Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love.”1 John 4:7-8 Be that guide today...Much love,
