Transform Your Mind: Focus on God's Truth
What are you thinking about? What are you feeding your mind? What we allow our minds to focus on influences our actions. That’s why it’s so important to pay attention to what we are thinking about. I can tell you it’s been critical for me the last two weeks! But seriously, are you focusing on joy we have in Christ? Are we pondering His word? Or are we letting the outside world dictate what we think about and what “fake news” we digest?God gave us the power of free will and he gave us a powerful tool, the mind. But we must learn to use it to the betterment of our spiritual being. We need to learn to steer our thinking in positive ways..many times what we think about becomes reality. So take a closer look at what you’re watching, reading and who your listening to. We need to learn to focus on God’s truths rather than what the world feeds us. “Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me—practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.”Philippians 4:8-9 Be nice, Grace Wins. Much Love,
